It's A Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World

Seeing as I've got nothing left to say, I'm going to devote my time to further publicising bureaucratic lunacy. Amongst the myriad examples that have left me agape recently are :-

• Films that show people smoking may be given an 18 certificate in Liverpool cinemas, regardless of the context or the remainder of the film's content.
• Smiley faces covering children's faces in a school's promotional literature.
• People having themselves crucified on Good Friday being advised to make sure that the nails are clean and that they have the appropriate tetanus injections.
